UK mental health organizations conspire with gay organizations to deceive

April 17, 2014

The following excerpts are from the article “Willful Blindness to the Facts: How the UK’s Professional Bodies Choose to Ignore Science” by Phelim McIntyre on the Voice of the Voiceless website: “In February 2014 the major professional bodies for counsellors and psychotherapists … produced a document with the pro-gay therapy group Pink Therapy and the gay rights lobby group Stonewall.”

“Called “Conversion Therapy Consensus Statement” this document, on behalf of the Department of Health, claims to provide those seeking therapy, those seeking to offer therapy, and those seeking to refer people for therapy the best advice on what to do when someone has unwanted homosexual feelings. I emphasize the word claim as this is what it fails to do. In fact the document does the complete opposite. Not only does it fail to provide any proper scientific basis for its claims it deliberately misleads the reader as to what science does say by ignoring the research out there. In doing so the various mental health bodies willing put the mental health of potential clients at risk.” …

Tolerance for homosexuals, totalitarianism for Christians

June 07, 2014 By: Tom Coy Category: Gay Politics

April 17, 2014

The following excerpts are from the article “Tolerance for some, totalitarianism for other” by Christopher Doyle on the Voice of the Voiceless website: “Last week, conservative syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer penned an op-ed in The Washington Post where he stated: ‘the left is entering a new phase of ideological agitation — no longer trying to win the debate but stopping debate altogether, banishing from public discourse any and all opposition. The proper word for that attitude is totalitarian. It declares certain controversies over and visits serious consequences — from social ostracism to vocational defenestration — upon those who refuse to be silenced.’”

“In his piece, Krauthammer references Brendan Eich, former CEO of Mozilla Corporation, who was recently forced to resign due to a $1,000 private contribution in 2008 supporting California’s Proposition 8 referendum defining marriage as between a man and a woman. Apparently, the co-founder of the technology giant was fit to trail blaze many of its innovative products and ideas, but was too bigoted to lead the company because the issue of homosexuality — and by extension, gay marriage — has been settled as a natural equivalent to traditional marriage. Anyone who opposes must be cleansed from any position of authority, or worse, must not be allowed a public platform of any sort.” …

Andrew Comiskey prophesizes that the social shift to legitimize gay marriage welcomes “the spirit of death”

April 17, 2014

The following excerpts are from the blog “Gift of Tears” on Andrew Comiskey’s website: … “since last April, the Supreme Court struck down Prop. 8 and DOMA and our nation followed suit. Sociologists claim that US public opinion on homosexuality has shifted faster than any other social issue. Ever. Nearly every protection for marriage and the freedom to define homosexual identity and practice as morally wrong has been burned in the fire of our idolatry.” …

“When we honor sexual unions that cannot engender life and that confuse the gender of both parties, we welcome the spirit of death. Through ‘gay marriage,’ ‘Death has entered in through our windows and has entered our fortresses; it has cut off our children from the streets and our young men from the public squares.’ (Jer. 9: 21)” Read the rest of this entry →

April 17, 2014

The following excerpts are from the article “‘LGBT’ Imperialism: Exporting Homosexuality, Perversion, and HIV/AIDS” by Jeff Allen on the Barbwire website: “Family Watch International has produced a very powerful documentary entitled Cultural Imperialism: The Sexual Rights Agenda. Directed by Sharon Slater, this shocking exposé reveals how the Western nations, especially the United States, are undermining the AIDS prevention effort by linking it to the promotion of sexually deviant behaviors. Advancing the virulent homosexual agenda is what’s actually driving this devastatingly lethal effort. And as a result, millions have already died and will die — murdered by LGBT activism on a global scale.” … Read the rest of this entry →

Andrew Comiskey describes a smear campaign used against his ministry

June 02, 2014 By: Tom Coy Category: Ex-gay News, Gay Politics, Religious Perspective

April 13, 2014

The following excerpts are from the blog “Downward Ascent 8: Woeful- wellbeing” on Andrew Comiskey’s website: Being hated for loving Jesus means you are doing something right. Authentic peacemakers provoke war. Jesus may wash feet, defend children, empower women, and cure lepers but He also mirrors the truth of our sin (JN 15: 18-25). His reflection so unsettled the religious and political figures of His day that they smashed that mirror every way they could. His disciples might expect the same. The servant is not greater than his master. …

Be forewarned: the ‘gay marriage’ machine has just begun to steamroll opponents. Note that its energy is essentially ‘anti-Christ.’ … Read the rest of this entry →

April 11, 2014

The following excerpts are from the report “Truth Wins Out! Illinois Becomes Fifth State to Reject Change Therapy Ban Bill” on the Voice of the Voiceless website: “Late yesterday afternoon, the Illinois House voted 44 to 51 to reject HB 5569, a bill that would have prohibited minors with unwanted same-sex attraction (SSA) from receiving Sexual Orientation Change Effort (SOCE) therapy from a licensed mental health practitioner. Illinois became the fifth state in a row to reject this legislation, following Maryland, Minnesota, Washington, and Virginia, whose legislatures also voted down similar bills in 2014.”

“‘It’s clear that even the most progressive states do not want to pass laws that take away the rights of individuals when the foundation of such legislation is based on lies and misinformation,’ commented Christopher Doyle, President of Voice of the Voiceless. Read the rest of this entry →

PFOX urged distribution of ex-gay flyers on Day of Silence

April 6, 2014

The following PFOX news release “PFOX Observes ‘Day of Silence’ – Urges Students, Teachers to Distribute Ex-Gay Flyers” is reprinted in its entirety: Washington D.C. – Parents and Friends of Ex-Gays & Gays (PFOX) is urging students, parents, and educators to distribute ex-gay flyers on April 11 to their schools with Gay-Straight Alliance (GSA) or other gay-themed student clubs.

Friday, April 11, is the annual “day of silence” sponsored by the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN), when students and teacher members of homosexual clubs in public high schools and colleges across the country remain silent for the school day to bring attention to homosexuals.

“Homosexual activists and their supporters use this day to promote anti-heterosexual and ex-gay misinformation, said Regina Griggs, executive director of PFOX. “They cite false medical and mental health information that endangers our youth by downplaying or ignoring serious risks. Ex-gay describes the psychological mechanics of same-sex attraction

May 26, 2014 By: Tom Coy Category: Homosexuality Causation, testimony

April 4, 2014

The following excerpts are from the article “Knowing How the Fairy Tale Ends” by Don D. on the Jonah website: … “One of the things same-sex attracted (SSA) men have suppressed and buried in shadow is parts of their own masculinity. Because much of what I’m in love with is a projection of my own masculinity that I have buried at an inaccessible depth, much of my passion is really about a desire to reclaim not the other man’s masculinity but my own hidden masculinity that I have projected onto another man. I have heard homosexuality described as an attempt to cannibalize the masculinity of the other man through sex. What is really going on is an attempt to heal the schism within myself, to reconcile myself with myself and reincorporate back into my personality those parts of me I rejected at a very young age out of an existential fear of annihilation from parental rejection.” Read the rest of this entry →

Renee Dallas – Healing from spousal betrayal

May 26, 2014 By: Tom Coy Category: Relationship Advice, Religious Perspective

April 3, 2014

The following excerpts are from the blog “Worship and Recovery” by Renee Dallas on Joe Dallas’s website: … “I learned this during the time I worked through the pain of my first husband’s betrayal, years before I met Joe: personal worship leads to healing. At first I was so numb; the jarring realization of what had happened left me wounded, grieving and hopeless. But as I found myself murmuring vague prayers reaching out to God, I was drawn to the music of praise. During this time of personally connecting with the Lord, the most meaningful healing happened for me—soul-to soul in that place where only He could reach, I heard Him communicate His love for me.”

“Paradox of Praise in Pain – It seems paradoxical to praise God when your whole life has been turned upside down. But pain can create a thirst in us that drives us to connect with the Creator who alone has the ability to give comfort and meaning. Read the rest of this entry →
